At Mabel Brempong, we are dedicated to sustainability and exceptional quality in every piece we manufacture. To this end, we currently offer our products exclusively through a pre-order system. This approach allows us to minimise waste and ensure that every item we create meets our high standards of craftsmanship.

Please note, this pre-order model is in place for our main product lines but does not apply to some of our accessories. These select items may be available for immediate purchase to complement our pre-order offerings and provide additional options for our customers.

As we grow and gain deeper insights into our clients' preferences and needs, we may adjust our methods to better serve you. However, our fundamental commitment to reducing waste and focusing on quality will always be at the heart of our business.

PRE-ORDERS 

For products available for pre-order, you will see a “Pre-order” button rather than the standard “Add to Cart” option. The estimated delivery period for each product is detailed beneath the product description on the product’s page.

Payment for pre-ordered item(s) will be charged immediately upon purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your pre-ordered item(s) have been shipped

US SHIPPING

We offer complimentary standard shipping to addresses within the United States. For items that apply (non pre-order items),  expedited shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Orders placed after 11 a.m. PST will ship on the next business day. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please note once an order is placed it is not able to be amended.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Mabel Brempong offers complimentary standard international DHL shipping on all international order. Please note that recipients are responsible for duties/taxes, which can be paid upfront at checkout or upon delivery based on the country. Please note once an order is placed it is not able to be amended.

RETURNS

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. Returns will undergo an inspection process, and once accepted, a confirmation email will update you on the status of your refund. All items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Items returned beyond this period will not be accepted and will be sent back to the sender.

For hygiene reasons, some items cannot be returned. Items under this category would be clearly marked on their product page.

DOMESTIC RETURNS

U.S. customers can initiate a return by accessing and printing a prepaid return label from our returns portal, located in the footer of every page on the website.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International orders are not eligible for complimentary return. The amount required by shipping vendors will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs. Returns can be initiate by accessing and printing a prepaid return label from our returns portal, located in the footer of every page on the website.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment after the return has been inspected and accepted. Please allow up to 21 days for returns to be processed after the item(s) have been received.
