OUR APPROACH
Mabel Brempong pieces are crafted by artisans in Italy and select partners around the world. Each piece is made from natural fibers with attention to craft and minimal waste. Some items are made to order, while others ship immediately. Product pages indicate origin, availability, and estimated delivery times.
ORDERING
Made-to-Order Items
Products marked "Pre-order" are crafted after your order is placed. Estimated delivery is listed on each product page. Payment is processed immediately. You'll receive tracking information when your piece ships.
Rush Orders
If you need a made-to-order piece for an upcoming event, contact us at orders@mabelbrempong.com before placing your order. We'll work with our artisans to accommodate your timeline when possible.
Ready-to-Ship Items
Products marked "Add to Cart" ship within 1-3 business days.
SHIPPING
United States
Complimentary standard shipping and returns on all US orders. Orders placed after 11 a.m. PST ship the next business day. We cannot ship to PO boxes.
International
Complimentary standard shipping on orders over $500. Orders under $500 incur shipping fees calculated at checkout. All international orders ship via DHL. Recipients are responsible for customs duties and taxes, payable at checkout or upon delivery depending on your country.
Orders cannot be modified once placed.
RETURNS
Return Window
Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Condition Requirements
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged with all original tags attached. Returns are inspected before refunds are issued.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. These are marked on individual product pages under "Details."
US Returns
Access a prepaid return label through our returns portal.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting your return.
